A Spirtual Approach to Healing

Welcome to Holistic Heart Healing, my name is Kristy. I am a certified Reiki, Seichim and Karuna Master and Teacher. These are all beautiful energy healing modalities. I offer a holistic approach to healing and passionately believe in the power of the body to heal itself through these universal energies being channelled. Reiki is a beautiful universal life force energy, Seichim is a powerful feminin​e energy that stems from ancient Egypt and Karuna is based on a Sanskirt word which translates to "diminishing the suffering of others" or "compassionate action". As a master energy healer, I am attuned to sacred symbols and become a channel for this energy to heal and to balance your emotional, spirtual and physical body. Energy healing is a gentle yet powerful modality to treat the mind, body and soul as a whole. Everything is energy, so when we heal ourselves we become aligned with our souls true purpose and in return raises the frequency for, not only ourselves, but for all of humanity. I assist with releasing blockages and karmic cycles that may stem from past or present life. I specalise in different styles of Breathwork to help assist with your self exploration. Breath is medicine and by simply changing the way you breathe, you are moving toward wholeness. I am intuitivley guided by the Angelic and Spiritual Realms and when I recieve messages I will pass these on. Energy healing, psychic readings and spirtual guidance can assist with all areas of your life. 

I am also a student of a very sacred Andean Lineage called the Seven Rays. My path as a medicine woman has been incredibly profound. I facilitate sacred spaces and work with a beautiful plant medicine called Cacao. The spirit of Cacao has been known as "the food of the Gods", she opens your heart and allows true transformations to take place within your life. Your prayers and intentions are always answered when working with her spirit. I am also a Cacao Mama Somatic Breathwork facilitator and hold these sessions with the utmost respect and care. I work on a shamanic level and very much connected with Earth Medicine, often working with different elements and animal allies to help assist with the healing and clearing. 

When we are willing to open our hearts, to explore our inner world and truly remember our innate power and wisdom, magic happens. 

I look foward to connecting with souls who are willing and ready to walk home to their hearts.
